02 — Featured Project

Viettel
The Viettel / Ministry of National Defence pavilion was one of the largest stands at the first Vietnam Defence Expo: a 1,050 m² island stand at Gia Lam Airport combining a double-height structural canopy, suspended ring lighting, an LED media wall, product zones for radar, UAV, C4ISR and electro-optics, a VIP meeting suite and a hospitality area.
AVICOM took the project from concept and 3D design through technical drawings, off-site production, installation on the airfield site and handover before opening day — with a crew on stand throughout the show.

At the second edition — 23,467 trade visitors, 52 international delegations — AVICOM designed and built ten stands across the halls, from raw-space island stands for international defence manufacturers to compact shell-scheme upgrades for domestic technology suppliers.

Everything an international exhibitor needs from a local contractor — under one contract and one project manager.
3D concept, spatial planning and visualisation aligned to your brand guidelines and product story.
Technical drawings, structural detailing, materials specification and organiser / venue approvals.
Off-site production of structure, joinery, finishes and custom elements; progress photos shared throughout.
Build-up, handover and dismantling within the organiser schedule, with a security presence during move-out.
Large-format print, illuminated signage, logo redrawing and artwork production.
LED walls, displays, feature lighting and power distribution integrated into the stand structure.

07 — About AVICOM
AVICOM Advertising & Communications Co., Ltd. is a Hanoi-based exhibition contractor founded in 2008, with a second office in Ho Chi Minh City. The company designs and builds exhibition stands, showrooms and retail displays for trade shows across Vietnam.
Design, technical development, production and installation are handled by AVICOM’s own team, which is how a 1,050 m² pavilion is delivered on an airfield site and how ten stands are built in parallel for a single show.
